What if it was revealed to us as FACT that OJ was innocent.

Did he murder Ron and Nicole? Either he did it or Jason did it. OJ's bloody Bruno M. footprints were found, as well as a host of other evidence, so I believe he did it.
As to the taking back his own stuff, he did that, too.

Can't really argue with this. A miscarriage of justice, but it happened so I'll deal with it.
It wouldn't really matter. He still wasn't convicted. Too many technicalities in the trial and the whole thing went in the wrong direction in my opinion. But..he still wasn't convicted. So it doesn't matter.
