I have eaten duck fetus, veal and lamb before. I don't believe that there is anything inherently wrong with eating baby animals. The duck fetus had a strange texture though.
I don't know about the strangling part. But I have at dog and it's not that bad. I have had it stewed and fried, in other countries it is accepted.
Yeah I've seen it on Faces of Death... the one where the woman starting cutting the dog open while it was ALIVE prior to frying it on the stove. I had to mute the TV when the dog started yelping in pain.
And I'm sick to death of the 'there are worse things to do in this world' argument.
So this is it. This is the worst thing ever done. Get some perspective. Give me a break. This is a terrible thing. I did not say it wasn't bad. But sooooooo much worse occurs. Again little kids have deaths like this puppy did and we don't post about it everything.
And for you people saying its not a big deal... I can guarantee he will start killing humans eventually to when killing animals becomes a bore. Take a look at the big time serial killers, he has a mental problem that needs to be addressed. Worst person ever? No, but just shows how sick humans are.
When I read the story I gasp. Horrible. A puppy. Especially a pet. Dogs have a natural given instinct to socialize and like humans. They trust us better than they trust other dogs. It really is mans best friend. I love dogs. It is horrible what that guy did.
That being said....
It is a dog. Not a human. The post saying things like "worst person ever" "just put him to sleep" are a bit much no? There are people out there that have chopped little kids up. Now those people don't even deserve to live.
If you lived on a farm or caught your own food people chop chicken's heads off. Kill turkeys and cows. Kill fish. People shoot intelligent animals up North in Alaska like seals and bears. Pigs are extremely smart and sociable animals but it would have been pretty ok to chop a pigs head up and cook its ribs. That a good meal! How about all the Dolphins which die every year in fishing mistakes. Dolphins are even smarter than dogs and also have a natural attachment to humans.
All I am saying is we need to put things in perspective. Does this guy deserve some type of punishment? Yes. Jail Time? Probably. But there are a lot worse things out there in the world. A lot.
I don't eat meat. I've had an aversion to eating meat since I was a child. I hate to hear of animals being hurt, also children and old people. They are all so vulnerable. It is awful when people get hurt but animals tug at the heartstrings as well.
This is nothing to do with your post but there is nothing wrong with people caring about animals and trying to protect them. I find it annoying when people try to help animals and other people carry on like pork chops about how humans are more important. Any civilised society should be able to be compassionate for animals as well as people. Animals don't have a voice so we humans have to make sure they are treated properly. I also very much think that people that can be cruel to an animal can easily be cruel to people as well.
