You and I both are on Eastern Standard Daylight Savings Time and Judge Stephens said the sentencing would start at 8:30 AM their time, which I have yet to see her start on time. But Phoenix doesn't go on daylight savings time like we do on the east coast. So there is a 3 hour window there with court starting at 11:30 AM our time.

You think may Estrella is giving Arias a going away party today?

Our local ABC affiliate will be carrying the sentencing live Monday. They didn't give a time yet. More than likely 10 am. We're on same time as CA PDT. You can follow it here: abc15.com | ABC15 Arizona news in Phoenix | KNXV-TV

Court is in session. Arias is in court and wearing the black and white striped "convicted" jail clothes.

Travis' family and Juan Martinez spoke. Eleven of the 12 jurors are in the jury box. (Guess which one isn't there.) The court is now on a break.

Arias' mother is now addressing the court.... calling her daughter a victim of abuse.

I don't think Arias helped herself at all by speaking.

Still defiant.

Still talking about 'defending' herself.

Unbelievable that supposedly Travis was "still trying to attack" her seconds before she slit his throat.

Who could possibly believe that BS?????????????????????????????????????

Arias, shackled at the waist, spoke for less than five minutes. Called herself a victim of abuse and said her family would suffer if she dies. She said she remembers the moment she stabbed Travis and says the gunshot came first. No emotion while she spoke.
