I used to read her books a lot. She used to be a co-worker of Ted Bundy.

I think I've read most or almost all of her books - she is/was definitely one of my very favorite authors. Factual and empathetic - and the photos I've seen of her in recent years showed an obvious decline - but her writing was still top notch. I will miss her insight and perception and just the way she focused on the victim of the crimes she wrote about. I truly feel like I lost a personal friend in her passing - it is sad to see her go, but so glad she was a part of the "good guy" team. She will definitely be missed.

Here's hoping there are more of her books in a trunk somewhere or in galleys, about to be released.

She will be sadly missed! I don't understand why more of her books weren't made into movies!

I started reading her book 'Small Sacrifices' and couldn't get into. Toooo depressing about a women killing her 3 little children. Now I have started reading the 'I-5 Killer'.
