Way too high for a city that small (150,000 people). That's almost like Flint, MI or Gary, IN status.

Omaha now at 18 homicides for 2016. A man found shot to death in a fast food parking lot.. Still, a very good year for Omaha considering the city totaled 50 last year and has a 10 year average of about 42 a year..

Hope the low total trend continues..

Also interesting is Memphis detectives are actually solving their cases at a high rate. I think they are in the 80% range.
