It really isn't only condo living...we all have heard about neighbors from hell that turn even owning a single family home into a nightmare...in fact my daughter had a friend (15yr old girl) who lived in an upscale area and had an next door middle aged female neighbor that became obsessed with her...stalked her and stared at her and when her parents complained that's when the loon became verbally abusive and intimidating...they eventually got some sort of restraining order but it was very hard to do because of how close the weirdo lived...the local police had sympathy but there was little they could do...I would have moved but they chose to stay...
