I have been hearing the same thing (that he has a really good chance of being paroled), which is shocking to me. I want to see if he walks into court with the same smirk he has in all of his hearings. Maybe the prison time has worn on him enough where he'll at least look remorseful rather than smiling like he has in the past.

Nope. I was wrong. On the homepage on MSN news, you can clearly see that OJ has a big smirk on his face again, LOL. I hope he is denied parole just for that reason.
The interesting thing is that he is standing next to his lawyer who looks super serious. This whole thing had just been a big joke to OJ.
It was a foregone conclusion according to "legal" experts that he would be paroled...just hope he slithers into some hole...but he won't...my luck apparently he is relocating to my neck of the woods...

It seems like there was a legal strategy involved in making Florida his home. It was the state where he could keep more of his pension from going to the Goldman's or something like that?

His young son Justin is a realtor in St.Pete and supposedly his youngest daughter Sydney lives there as well. I think I heard the same thing about his pension too...other than cost of living not sure why Florida either...
I believe Florida state law protects his home and other assets from being seized for the civil judgement against him.
