Drugs, alcohol, immaturity, mental health ?

This entire family had issues.

Cripes...George wasn't exactly stable. He was having an affair ( emotional or physical or both ) during pleas to the public for help with Caylee searches and a one point ended up in a Daytona motel supposedly to end his life.

Evidently. Highly convincing pathological liar? Amazing for 2 yrs both parents believed she worked while Caylee went to daycare.

A great liar. If her parents didnt look into anything or see anything amiss its actually beliveable. A long term lie is very hard to maintain. Its easy to slip up verbally or some other way. She pulled it off. I posted before how I wondered how she was able to live in a house, with a computer, car and other stuff despite being unemployed and a hated notorious person.

She found a man, some former private detective that she lives with. What man would go to sleep in close proximity to this woman?? He must be nuts himself or she smooth talked or seduced him which is pretty beliveable also.

This case never would have had a happy ending. Caylee still died. There was a possibility for justice, but that died too sadly that day in a packed Florida courthouse.

Sometimes bad people win, and good people lose. In fact, it happens often this way. And it sucks.

I've said this several times now.

My theory is that Caylee died ACCIDENTALLY in her mother's care (yes, because the mother drugged and gagged her with the duct tape), Casey didn't tell anyone, and by the time she did, it was too late to call 911. George, A COP, realized how suspicious it would look to call about an accident after 24-48 hours of NOT calling. So they had to do something else with the body.

I also think it's entirely possible she DID get out the sliding door and climb into the pool (the ladder was in place) and drowned and he was scared to death of his wife's reaction. George then made it look like a crime before hiding the body by placing the duct tape because, again, as A COP, he would know exactly how.

However, I'm much more sold on the first theory. Either way, I maintain the death probably wasn't intentional, pre-meditated murder -- or at least it wasn't proven.

Should she have gone to jail for child abuse? Yes. Is she a nice or normal person? No.

Irrelevant to this question.

Child abuse that left the kid dead is murder. She tried to civer it up by lying and hiding the body. Then going about her life as a single child with no responsibilities. The dad had nothing to do with it Cayley grandparents adored her and would of called 911 the only reason not to call 911 is because it was intentional. According to your theory she drugged her and duct taped her mouth and nose if I remember correctly no one duct tapes a nose and a mouth without the intention of evil. Casey is no frustrated mom who couldn’t have a life because she had a kid. Her parents took care of the baby when Casey needed them to. Casey is a sick narcissist that killed her daughter and got away with ir

"Child abuse that left the kid dead is murder."

I'm not an attorney, but I don't think so; I think that's manslaughter. There must be the intent to kill for it to be murder.

Which is my entire point here...

Hating her, and she's easy to hate, doesn't make her guilty of murder.

Narcissist indeed....

That's why it's easy for her to continue living her life seemingly without remorse.
