You know these people have been advised to bring the cats indoor why don't people do that, why would you put a tracking caller that is not going to work. This person will cut the collar of the cat people have to work together and trap the strays, they have done this where I live they got a trap from animal control and picked up about 18 cats a few months ago. And of course turned them into animal control. They do not listen what is it going to take if the cats do not like to be in a cage oh well until they catch this guy. I cannot stand that people are so uncaring but yet they are upset because they lost there cats.

Why don't you tell them to put the cat in the house the collar is not going to work are they stupid. Bring him inside and put him or her in a cage until they catch this guy. He is just going to grab the cat and cut that collar come on. If the cats don't like to be in a cage oh well tuff. They will get over it.

I want to catch this person as much as the next, but I don't think that using cats as bait is such a good idea.

I think they said that there wasn't any blood by the killed cats, which suggests that the killer is killing them elsewhere and then returning the bodies to the house.

The cat urinates and poops in the house, as well as injures itself. The collar is designed to alert the owner if it is removed. It is like those store security devices that releases ink when tampered with.

Default cat killings

People tell your friends and neighbors to by cages and bring it in the house, its just until this person is caught do not use the collar. By the time someone hears the collar or the hand piece you hold on to someone just already took it with him. They need to get those cats off the street. NOW

The first thing to do is a map showing all points where cats were slaughtered.

1. First ocurrence (probably the most reliable as to the real address of people or group of people killing cats).
2. Sprawl
3. Central point - The location nearest to all incidents.

We can draw a map here if people indicate where mutilated cats appeared.
