How can one be so quick to judge? The majority of the comments on here seem to be sardonic and jocular judgements, which have no basis in logic or reason. Yes, she behaved a little strangely during the initial investigation, but that doesn't necessarily mean we should dunk her in water and see if she floats... (for lack of a better idiom). There seems to be quite a bit of hysteria surrounding this case; allegations of satanic rituals, jealousy, drug induced rape... I smell a witch hunt.

She and her BF were not involved. Rudy Guede is the sole perpetrator of this rape/murder.
she's GUILTY, GUILTY, GUILTY and deserves everybody bit of justice that comes to her *cough* life sentence *cough* if she was in america, she would be on death row or getting a lwop. keep that animal in a cage and don't feed her.
If she were in America she would have gotten a fair trial. She is free and hopefully they are flying home within hours.
I would get the hell out of Italy as they do not have Double Jeopardy.
They can turn right around and convict you.
America isn't perfect, but it beats the Italian justice system.
I think Knox is innocent. DNA evidence does not point to her. Writing things in her diary and her boyfriend kissing her, hugging her after the discovery of her friend's body, is not evidence of her guilt.
The prosecution reminds me of Jose Baez, throwing any number of "could be's" at the wall and see what sticks:
1. Knox was jealous of Kercher
2. Kercher was raped
3. Sex game gone wrong
4. Drug money issues
5. Satanic ritual
6. Kercher was a victim of reefer madness at the hands of Knox
