Last I saw today he is alive and kicking. I hope they keep his ass in Peru and prosecute him there. This deal about his identifying the location of Holloway if he is returned to Aruba is just a tactic. I hope the nice inmates in the Peru prision will see to it he never gets to trial.

The prisons in Peru generally have two type of inmates, those with money and those without. Those with money can get much of what they want and those without are slaves to those with money. There is no law in the jails. He may well end up murdered in jail after his trial, but one thing for sure is he "ain't goin nowhere" until after his trial.

He could offer to trade himself for a Peruvian in jail in Aruba but what are the chances for that happening. Nope I think his "mommy" will send him all the money he needs and will have to spend a good part of it for protection inside the Peruvian jail.

Do any of you realize, how many persons, in the past few years, have been released from prisons, in the US, in the past few years, when DNA has PROVED they were innocent? Murderer's and rapists, people such as you, have convicted in the court of public opinion, were later found to be INNOCENT. In fact, since the innocent foundation's start, 254 persons have been found innocent and released from prison, for murder and rape.

Am I saying this guy is innocent? No clue. Don't know the facts and NEITHER do you. Quit jumping to conclusions and let the criminal justice system take its course. Even then, question what occurs. I sure as hell wouldn't be want to be locked up for 20+ years for a crime I didn't commit, because of a bunch of rapid persons, who read an internet article, and presume someone is guilty.
Don't woory baout pewople here check o the mobs in peru who want his blood. Then just thank god your not a pervert in Peru or other places.Even here justice is npot perfect but then it also allows many guilty to go free. Thus is man being human.

Oh sure, we are being so unfair to someone who admits to murder, then has coffee and snacks in the room with her while he decides how to dispose of the body. I have no sympathy here...I say...throw him to the mob in Peru. You want American civil rights...stay in America...he isn't American and he has a string of crimes in different countries...he is fair game!
