I went to fadabout once and spent about $120.00 on a cut, style, color.....and decided I like L'Oreal and Great Clips because they are. My son goes to Sports Clips in the OV Marketplace only because he likes the warm towel and massage.

I just can't see spending $100+ every four to six weeks on my hair. Hair keeps growing and needing cutting, and if a fancy salon gives a haircut that is a cookie cutter style, why not just go someplace that gives you the same cookie cutter haircut for 1/5 the price?

Well, I don't go to Cost Cutters myself, but I have more serious things to worry about than other people's haircuts, so I can't help you. People do what they can afford and what they care about.

Quite frankly, I thought this thread was going to be about shameless free advertisement. Evidently it isn't. Unless it’s coming up…

Plus, Huckleberry . . . think of all the money you're saving.

by the way, what does a 3AM Haircut look like after the Sun rises?

This is the Sonora Desert. Nobody cares about that silly self-indulgent city nonsense. Most people wear hats anyway... cowboy hats up this way. 'Only shade we got.

Own a pair of clippers and have cut my own hair since my college days. Nice short even buzzcut. Always in style for a balding man. My wife does the QA/QC on the back and we're good to go. The only other haircut I really pay attention to is my wife's. If she's happy with her haircut then so am I.

Sounds like we'd fit right in to Tucson.

Not in Tucson now but used to live there ...around these parts a buzz cut is 9 bucks....why would I spend more than that? I couldnt care what color it has turned.. OFC there is a great disparity in prices between men's and womens cuts...Oh and those franchise cutters graet Clips and Sport clips plain stink...they dont even shave my neck like a real barber does..hair stylists...Meh
