Default The view from Phoenix...

I've always liked Tucson ever since I was stationed there when I was in the Air Force (at Davis-Monthan from 1978-1980). Whenever we come down from Phoenix for a visit (which is infrquently) I like the smaller town setting and the fact that Tucson seems less blisteringly hot than Phoenix. Heck, even your restaraunts are less crowded than those in Phoenix, in my experience.

I'd probably be living there if it was feasible. So that's just the view from up here in whats starting to look like Los Angeles-East

Tucson Basin folks need to visit PHX once in awhile, to appreciate the setting and smaller crowds a bit more . . . Actually, heading to PHX during the Tucson-based International Gem & Mineral Show (Jan-Feb) is a VERY good idea! The population of Tucson must double during that time! At least, drive time to work sure doubles then!
