Default 55+ communities

What are the 55+ communities like in this area. Are they nice with a pool and clubhouse? How much do the homes run and what is the lot rent?

We were out that way last Sept and thought Flagstaff was beautiful.

There are several +55 parks in Tucson, Rincon Country RV Resorts - Your RV Resort in Tucson, Arizona. Just to name one. the others are on Kolb rd, or Houghton rd, or Pantano parkway, Thats the ones within 5 miles of my place.
Anyway my folks moved into Rincon country in 1992, they love it.

We live in Rincon Country RV East Resort here on the east side and love it. Convenient to everything and really nice folks. Some have lived here for over 30 years and we have repeat winter visitors who have come back for decades. Rent is $310 p/m and that includes water.

We have lived in Green Valley for the past 21 years. We think that it is a great place to live. When you are here you will see what we mean. Canoa Ranch is one of the newest gated areas of town with great mountain views. It just so happens that we have a Meritage Home in Canoa Ranch and it is for sale. We are downsizing and building another Meritage Home in a different section of town. Our home is four years old. Send an email for home info: azloafer@cox.net

One problem with Sahuarita or Green Valley, you are about 20-30 miles from the closest hospital (Saint Mary's Hospital). There are medical centers and urgent care facilities, but not an actual hospital.
Sun City Vistoso , in Oro Valley, or Saddlebrook, just north of Oro Valley, are close to the newest hospital in Pima County.
