Does anyone knows a good neighborhood to take kids trick or treating besides Winterhaven?

People take their kids trick or treating all over. As long as they have an adult with them (I would hope) and you're not in an obviously bad neighborhood, you'll be fine. You dont need to go all the way to Winterhaven to be safe.

Why do all new people thinking they need to stay out of the majority of Tucson to be safe?? Im confused.
