Question What is an Arizona room?

I'm looking for a place to rent in Tucson online and I keep seeing places that advertise an "Arizona room". Not being from Arizona I haven't a clue.
Can anyone explain please?

Well I'm originally from back East. I've been here for 10 yrs. Back home we called them Florida rooms. Kind of a totally glass enclosed room off the back of the house. It's kind of like being outside only completely enclosed. I hope I'm doing the explanation justice. I know back east sometimes they were screened.

arizona room - Google Image Search

It's glass enclosed or screened. It can be nice or ugly. Normally older homes have them.

Simple basic answer, Thepangean . . . "A FANCY PORCH" usually enclosed with glass or screens. ! ! ! !

Too funny. I'm originally from Arizona and moved to Florida. Try explaining pool cage to someone not from Florida!

Lmao...I'm from Ohio originally...basically a cage-Screen structure that sits over a pool-backyard to keep mosquitos and critters out...
