Default Construction cost in Tucson

How much would it cost to built a one bedroom (about 400 square feet) guest house in Tucson, my back yard. I know it is a vague question but I just need a range. It does not need to be fancy just comfortable for guests or rent purpose.

Is home depot the only place to buy building supplies?

Thanks.

That would depend on how much the plans would cost you to get drawn up, and the permits etc., what your contractor charges......call around to some contractors (make sure they are licensed) and get a rough estimate from them....sounds like an expensive "guest room"...
