Default tubac

I am looking at Tubac for a possible move. I am an artist hoping to flourish. However, I will have to start from the bottom. What are the average prices for minimal level apartments or rooms?

Tubac is VERY expensive. Try some nearby towns, like Sahuarita or Green Valley, and commute if you need to. When your "established" then make the Tubac move. It would be worth your while to make a trip out, just to check the scene and what living spaces you need vs. what's really available. Everyone has different needs. You should come see it (the I-19 corridor) for yourself. Welcome to southern AZ. It is inspirational to many artists.
