After living in Costa Rica for more the nine years my family and I decided to relocate back to Tucson, AZ. We currently live in a studio coop apartment in central Tucson. We need to find a 2/3 BR house or apartment in Tucson by July 31, 2012. My son is on the Honor Roll at Mansfeld Middle School, we would like to live within the bounderies of this TUSD school. We are willing to spend between $600 and $700 per month for a one year lease. I am retired and live on my pension and social security income. I look forward to hearing from you with any ideas on where to find a nice place to live in Tucson, AZ. I have lived in Tucson, AZ since 1981 except when I was in Costa Rica. I think this is a great place to live. work and play.

Might be tough on that budget.

Start with Craigslist.

Moderator cut: snip I would agree with Robabeatle that with your stated budget you're unlikely to find a 2-3 bedroom house in that neighborhood that hasn't been trashed by students.
