Ever look down at Tucson at night from the mountains? What a sight to see! Even some of the best looking cities with no mountains can compare to this sight. I think the mountains takes Tucson out of the ugliest city category. Now, what about another highway? During the wrong time of day it can take what seems like hours to get anywhere.

Sounds like someone who is not getting any hugs from his "PARTNER". Bad personal relation an ugly city does not make.

Please do not measure Tucson against large cities, that is like comparing apples to cactus. Compare our city to cities of the same size and you will find out that we have on of the most beautiful and fun cities.

Tucson is the most beautiful place i have seen, yes there are many other places that have breath taking views but Tucson from the people to the mountains and just everyday life there is nothing ive ever seen anywhere and i have traveled alot. ive been in Virginia for a little while as a vacation (well a vacation of about 4 months now) but the people here thought not all do not have the same class and character that i have seen in tucson or the state of Arizona for that matter. i mean no offence to anybody from virginia i just cant see myself living anywhere else and feeeling as fullfilled.

Tucson is a medium-sized city.. Pure and simple. Like.. Columbus, Ohio or Bakersfield.
When comparing to OTHER medium sized cities. Tucson is actually pretty cool.

Plan and simple

The sprawl is sprawling away from nothing, just sprawling further (or nearer?) to the next Walgreens or Frys? My only frame of reference for a city like this is Bakersfield, CA or Fresno, CA. If they held a contest for the ugliest, worst planned city in the country, my vote would go for my temporary home of Tucson, Arizona.

Never been in the Wasatch Front corridor, I trust.
