Hey Deb how are you handling the heat? We'll be there next week on another relocation tour. It's supposed to hit 108!

Also, where you are centering your home search? I've noticed properties are getting snapped up very quickly. We're focusing, this time, on Oro Valley since we have a narrow price range to consider and the Catalina Foothills seem a bit out of our comfort zone.

We use something similair.
By the day you pay more most places, but the price also reflex the season, so summer in Tucson or Phoenix it is cheap, winter expensive.
Often when there is a event, the prices go up, just like hotels.

You get to go on vacation and really relaxe though.

We stayed four nights, but there was no minimum. I just checked and her rates are down to $57/night for the hot summer months. Wish I needed to come back!

The week I was there the temps were very mild, Layla. I don't think it ever got over 85, and I was freezing my buns off by the pool at night when it got down to the high 60s. I do like it hot, so I'm not terribly concerned about how I'm going to handle it. That said, I don't think I've ever actually experienced 108 temps!

I've been focusing almost exclusively on the NE since I was there. I just really, really like the area itself, the proximity to Udall Park/Regional Center, and the fact that, even though it's a bit of a trek to the downtown area, the trek takes you through town where you might see/find other things of interest on the trip rather than a relatively straight-but-boring shot down the interstate from the north.
