Are power issues common in Tucson this past year? I've heard they can happen weekly. Any info. appreciated. Are some towns worse than others regarding that? Thanks

I am without power in Pima County probably 4 -5 times a year or more. Most recently last night for 7 hours when it was in the hundreds to high 90s after sunset.
