I guess I'm thinking in terms of freshness (Yes, I know, it's the desert) - I've read a bunch of reviews ala Yelp, and it seems a large number of the popular ones have at least 1 or more that mention food poisoning.

One thing I'm going to hate to leave when I move to Tucson is the all you can eat sushi place where i currently live.

Are there any sushi lovers here, and where do you go to get your fix?

You can get fresh sushi at Costco, Safeway, and Frys. In Frys on Speedway they make their sushi in the store. I cant tell any difference between the store-bought Sushi in Tucson than in Seattle. Tucson has plenty of restaurants including several Japanese restaurants. Tucson from what I have seen in the stores has plenty of fresh seafood.

There are a couple of all you can eat places, Sushi Garden being the best known (two locations), but there are a couple others in town. Sachiko is pretty good; no all you can eat option, but better quality. For the most part I would go to any highly rated place; the complaints of food poisoning on Yelp or similar sites don't worry me unless there are multiple reports.

Thanks, Sachiko was up on my list, and then Sushi Garden for all you can eat. True, I guess if it's only one or three over years on Yelp, that's not much!

AJs Fine food has really good sushi (Go for happy hour!) as well as Joy Asian Market has some several days a week.
