Default insulation older homes

Hi,
I am trying to find out what the insulation factor for a typical slump brick, brinck, or slumb block house is that was build in Tucson in say the 50's to the 70's.

How diffucult is it to improve the insulation on these homes?

Thank you.

Hi,

No one out there lives in a brick or slump block home in Tucson with a clue about insulation and how well they keep out the heat and cold?

Hmmmmm.

best regards,
