I found some information about the progress of the Oro Valley Naranja Town Site. It is off of Tangerine and Naranja, near 1st avenue in Oro Valley. I found a site plan and some other information and was wondering if anyone else knows anything more on where this project stands.

Sorry for the quality of the PDF but I am limited on size.

I thought I would add an update. It seems that the oro valley city council compromised and put a reduced and revised plan for the park on the ballot. The plan for the park is now only $48 million dollars, or a third of its orginal price. However, it still is kindof of unclear what $48 dollars buys and how will this bond be paid back. If anyone knows more please contribute.

Talking Park in Oro Valley

You asked how the bond will be paid.
If the bond does pass it will be paid by a secondary property tax.
This will be a big issue here in Oro Valley
Just watch for the fireworks
