Casita " small house "
We are looking to have someone build ua a Casita or small guest house.
800sq ft.Nothing fancy.Just a nice place for my daughter to live.
Does anyone know of anymone that builds these.
We live in Hereford.

thanks el general,I called,the smallest one was 1200sq ft.the town only will allow 850 sq feet.I'll keep trying.

Hi:
My builder is from Hereford and builds small homes. He is building an 850 sq. ft. house now for someone else out your way and he will probably be building that same home for my friend that just purchased property near me in Sonoita. He is just finishing up my new home (not small, however you are more than welcome to stop by and see the quality of his work) and if you give me your e-mail address I will send you his phone number. I also have the floor plan for my friend's casita as well (he is back in NYC so I will be handling his build) if you would like to see it.

That's wonderful news,thank you.I would love to see the floor plans. jcs1956@aol.com ( and his number).Do you have an idea what what something like this cost.I'm back east now.Looking to sell my house we are trying to up up a tripe wide on the land.
Big move,so many things to do.I want to thank you again for your help.
