Affordable to me would be $900 to $1,000 a Month. Is there any apartment complexes or Houses around W. Ina Road that has Rent around that much? We are moving to NW Tucson around last week of July and need to find a place to move into for when we get there. We want - East of I-10, West of Oracle (I-77) and North of River Road. We hear that is a Good, respectable, safe area to live. Is it? Does anyone know of a Good Company that can help us find a House to Rent for that? 3 BDRM, 2 Bath? I prefer a more Modern House to Rent, But an Apartment Complex is acceptable also. We would appreciate all Comments & help in this matter. Thanks to All. Tucson Here We Come !!! It has to be better than Detroit area. Hoping for a New Life !!!

There are many modern apartment complexes on both Mona Lisa Road and West Ina Road, all within one block or two of the Foothills Mall. They are also close to the Christina-Taylor Green Memorial Riverfront Park, Nanini Public Library, the YMCA, and the Northwest Campus of Pima County Community College.

Catalina Canyon on Ina and Desert Shadows on Mona Lisa only have 2 bedroom/2bath apartments, no three bedrooms, but they are renting for under $800. Catalina Canyon actually backs up to the Foothills Mall parking lot.

Complexes with units that are 2/2 and 3/2 include:
-Casa Madera
-Dorinda Vista
-Enclave at the Foothills
-The Place at Village at the Foothills
-Domain 3201

Domain 3201, one block west of Mona Lisa on West Ina, has new ownership (Aspen Square) that has done a lot of remodeling and the place looks really nice.

Dorinda Vista has a 3 bedroom that is slightly over $1,000 but all the rest have both 2/2s and 3/2s that are under that price. All of those places have one or more pools/spas and other amenities like fitness centers, picnic areas, and on-site laundries. Some have tennis and/or basketball courts. Most of them also include either patios or balconies.

All of the complexes I mentioned have their own websites that show prices, floorplans, and photos. They can be found on apartments.com.

I just toured Casa Madera, Enclave, The Place, and Domain 3201 a few weeks ago. All of them are nice apartments in that price range.

Casa Madera has the best move-in special right now with $40 application fee, waived admin fee, and 1 free month.

Domain was the nicest of them all, but they only require a 30 notice to vacate, so they weren't able to tell me what would be available for July.

I just drove past Domain 3201 today and they painted the exterior. It looks fantastic! "Yoooge and classy" as some celebrity would say.

Smile to jukesgrrl on 3201 domain apartments...

Thank You Very Much on your information on Domain 3201 apartments. That sounds like the place that I will Look into when we move to Tucson in July. We will be moving there cold...as we do not know anyone there, or anything about Tucson or that area. I am solely going on all your advice on city-data.com. We just have to get out of the Detroit area so my wife can breathe better and maybe we can add a few years to her life in a Low Humidity-Warm area. Detroit area, (Actually Wyandotte) is the Opposite. Thanks Again and may God Bless You. -pookie5569.
