Anyone know if there's some place to buy one of these ball caps? Been looking on the internet/ebay with not much success, so I'm hoping there's somewhere in Tucson that might have replicas.

thanks!

Tucson Toros Baseball Cap Suthern Division Champions 2009 Signed | eBay

This is the closest thing I have found. It is not from the original Tucson Toros who played their last season in 1998. I found a game used helmet on Ebay also. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any info on who signed the hat.

I could not believe how much Tucson Toros' memorabilia there was on Ebay. There were T-shirts, pictures, and baseball cards including those with Jose Cano (Robinson's father). He did make it to the MLB and pitched for the Astros for a brief time.

There's this: https://www.prepsportswear.com/vinta...4&category=684

Those don't look much like any Toros merchandise I remember, however. Otherwise perhaps the vintage clothing stores on 4th Avenue can help you? There's a resurgence/interest in vintage Tucson-oriented stuff among the "hip" kids lately and it's reflected in the 4th Ave shops, so it's still a long shot but you might find something.

It's amazing what can be found on E-Bay. From time to time I look for a Phoenix Roadrunners jersey and am amazed at how many Roadrunners items from hockey cards to pint glasses to key chains I find. Never an affordable jersey in my size, though. One day!

I used to collect minor league baseball hats as I went and saw games in new cities, never wore them. Anyway, when I lived in Tucson from 2002-2007 I picked up an adjustable black Tucson Toros hat at a Sidewinders game in their gift shop. Years later I donated my hat collection, but if I still had my unused Toros hat, I would have given it to you.

Thank you CJSeliga, for the thought!

And thank you beTucsonan and Motomaker, but I'm looking for a more authentic look, even if it is a replica. I appreciate your attempt though!

AZMemories, I did see that one, and am debating on it. I don't know that my husband would wear it with the signature though. With the resurgence of Tucson baseball, my kids and I thought it would be nice to give him a collection of the Toros, Sidewinders and Saguaros hats, but unlike CJSeliga - he would wear them.

Thank you for the 4th Ave and also the Craigslist ideas, Jukesgirl and beTucsonan, I'll give both a shot!
