Looking for a good fraud lawyer...
If anyone can recommend a good attorney in Tucson who might be skilled in dealing with fraud cases, I would greatly appreciate it.

Fraud in Tucson
I am finding (along with my contacts) that quiet a few Tucson Attorneys are fraudulent themselves). I am from MN and I have never heard of fraud there in so many arenas as I have heard and seen in Arizona.

No, maybe you can contact some type of legal referral service. Our eperience with a lawyer here was really bad. Honestly in a lot or most states, she probably would be without her license to practice. She was usleless. If your case is really big, you may need to find a Phoenix area lawyer

That is the advice I am getting too. Go through Phoenix. Tucson had too many who deal in "under the table" business.
