I've provided Slytrix with some information via a PM, but probably the rest of the community can benefit from having the info:

Office of The Pima County Assessor

This is a link to the Pima county's Assessor, it has a robust search capability, you can find all the information you need there. Many of the real estate info sites have many times outdated or flat-out wrong tax information, so I always go to the county to get that info. You can also see tax history for each home.

My favorite feature is the inclusion of property/lot maps, which allows to see the exact measurements of the property (most builders will hide that information from you). These maps will be under 'Images (PRC, Maps, Photos)' for the selected property.

TimAZ, we moved here last year from outside of Chicago (Geneva, IL), and we paid $8700/yr for a $323k house. While yours is fairly high, it can be much much worse

Hey I was in your neck of the woods today. Nice, nice area. Went to Lennart and Maracay today and loved them both. Lennar had released a lot for $150,000

I told the salesman, what do you think this is the ocean lol. They said, we'll its our ocean (mountain view)

We got a lot of information and will pass back through after visiting family in Dallas.

BTW I drove by your house. Very nice, did you get moved in?

LOL!

Jill is amazing, we were not impressed by Maracay in any way, and their lots were also easily $80k.

Lennar also has lots for $0, so it all depends...

We got the keys 2/28, so now we're moving boxes daily, planning to do the big move Monday.

and BTW, they already sold lot 23 for $150k premium, so that's not unusual
