Barista Del Barrio is not a traditional restaurant, but it has a cute patio area. The coffee is excellent and I highly recommend the breakfast burrito and the green corn tamale breakfast. Get the salsa, it is fantastic.

Some good food w/ patio dining:

Flying V
La Cocina (already mentioned)
Cafe a la C'Art
The Cup (at Hotel Congress)
Cushing Street
Vivace
The Grill at Hacienda Del Sol
5 Points
The Hub
Riley's Craft Pizza
El Charro (downtown location)
Tohono Chul
Blue Willow

Must-do restaurants in Tucson:
El Charro (downtown location - the oldest continuously operated Mexican restaurant in the country)
Guero Canelo's (birthplace of the infamous Sonoran Dog)
Arizona Inn
Kingfisher
The Cup (less for the restaurant, which is pretty good, but more for Hotel Congress in general)

Must-see things in Tucson:
Mission San Xavier Del bac
Catalina Highway/Mt Lemmon
DeGrazia's Gallery In The Sun
4th Avenue
Barrio Viejo
Desert Museum
Saguaro National Monument (East, with the 8-mile loop)

Enjoy!

We just visited the new location of Tacos y Tequila last week. It's in the 500 block of North 4th where Delectable was and has a lovely patio area and superb food.

Lots of restaurants with patios -- some patios better than others and some restaurants better than others :-).
