Default Tell me about Goodyear,AZ.

Any info on the pros and cons of Goodyear,AZ ? This should probably be in the Phoenix section.

Good idea, airtractorfan. Possibly the Arizona section would be even better!

Goodyear is not a bad town. It is growing, growing, growing despite the housing market builders are still building lots of stores in goodyear. There is no downtown Goodyear but that will change as they are planning on building a town center in the next 5 years. There is a huge outdoor mall that will be built on 2010. Goodyear is pretty much a middle-class kind of town, its not ritzy but its not too shabby.
