I wouldn't consider living there. That's a more nasty part of town. Anything really to me on Oracle between Drachman and River is real icky. Prostitutes, drugs, and just a less desirable setting. Quite a few vacant buildings and cheap motels. We're talking REAL cheap. I don't ever go around there. I know that sounds a bit dramatic but i've had less than stellar encounters in that area.

Try going to yahoo on the real estate page. Stay east of Craycroft, and you'll be fine. Don't go on the south side and stay out of midtown. Northwest, Northeast and east will be fine.
