Hello everyone I didn't see this topic. SO I started a new one. Im closing on a piece of land in three points soon. I was trying to find out information on moving a mobile or manufactured home in tucson. Does anyone have experience doing this? How much did it cost? Has anyone moved one themselves? It seems like alot of obstacles have been added in Pima to do this. However I cant imagine all of the people around town have paid 6k to move a mobile home. Any thoughts suggestions, mover recommendations? All help would be appreciated.

How did this turn out?

$6K sounds steep for just moving a mobile.
But if it is a double-wide that needs to be separated,
both halves moved, and then reconnected in a loving
fashion, that is probably not unreasonable.
Not unreasonable, but is sure is a lot of money!

And were you able to get homeowners insurance? Many companies won't insure a mobile that's been moved from one lot to another.
