Smile What to expect southernmost Arizona?
We will be moving from Yavapai County to Santa Cruz Co or other southeast or south of Tucson. Favorite broad area Rio Rico. What can we expect in tract builder price, finance terms, perks in home? Are the utilities mainly natural gas, propane,electric? Are builders implementing passive solar, or a few solar installations in the new homes? What are Avatar homes like? Does anyone construct OVE 2x6 or 2x8? How does a flat roof hold up? What is the roofing material best used on flat roofs?

I don't have any answers here as I'm new myself but wanted to say Welcome and hope that someone else sees it and can offer you some input. Have you run a search as well to see if any similar threads came up?
