Default North Ranch homes

My husband is going to look at a rental property in the North Ranch sub division. It is near shannon and Linda Vista. I hope that makes sense! Does anyone have any information about that area. We are going to arrive in Tucson in and around the 15th of july. Can't wait!!!!

Hi milliebfit,
I lived in this area for six years in Linda Vista Estates which right across Shannon Road from North Ranch. This is a very nice area. North Ranch has a strong neighborhood association, so the area is very clean and well kept. They have two neighborhood pools. It's fairly close to shopping and restaurants along Ina and Thornydale roads, and the Foothills mall on Ina and La Cholla. The school district is Amphitheater which is a good district. They have a high school that was newly built just before we moved five years ago.

Hope this helps.

*Note: They call North Ranch the pink subdivision because that's the primary color of of the houses and party walls in the neighborhood.

Default North Ranch Homes

Don't know if you've made your move already. To correct the previous poster, although North Ranch is just across the street from Linda Vista Estates, North Ranch is part of another school district, Marana Unified. North Ranch is a beautiful area, aside from the predominantly pink color! There are some yellow-toned homes as well.

We arrived in Tucson about 2 months ago. We really love it here at North Ranch. It is quiet and all my neighbors are really friendly. From what I hear Mt. View high is suppose to be a good school. It is really beautiful here.
