You want to avoid any road with a dip during a Monsoon...which is about 75% of the roads Also becarefull if you're out on the hwy. I have been cought twice in a Monsoon driving and it can be rough. It dumps enough rain at one time to make it almost impossible to see. You can usualy see one building up around noon I think and it typicaly dumps around that afternoon.
