Default Dual Language Program 0r Two-way program
I'm a Dual Language Teacher in New York City and I was wondering If this kind of program is available in elementary schools in Tucson.

language acquisition is important. but bilingual is not working. poor academic achievement in either language. but to the monster public education system being functional is of little consequence.
voucher the sooner the better.
