Default Cox communications in Green Valley

Are they the only ones to service Green Valley? Internet, phone, cable.

I have been fighting Cox from day one. I had perfessional installation for 3 rooms on cable. Room one clear, room 2 & 3 snow and rolls. They want to charge another fee for tech support to come out and troubleshoot why was this not done the first time. I call everyone says no charge less than 30 days installed and because I had professional installation. Now I can't get them to come w/o a charge. The $35 isn't the problem as much as the dang company when it comes down to push I can't get any resolution. Forget about talking to the manager/supervisior I leave messages and no return calls or talk with me.

I am frusterated with them because they know they are the only ones providing service here and can treat us the way they want.

I have had that problem too, our cable is hooked up to only 2 televisions. The living room TV is clear as the moon, but my bedroom TV is always snowy and staticy. I had Cox come out to my residence several times because of this situation, and because of our internet going out frequently. The service techs DO NOT know what they are doing. All Cox does is hook up useless amplifiers to the internal box, and still we have had alot of problems. The customer service agents are EVEN worse, They are mean, rude and nasty. Recently, we switched to Directv, VERY inexpensive and you actually get more for your money! Excellent customer service, and great equipment. As for the internet, we kept Cox, but there is only ONE cable line going to the box, and ever since we moved to Directv the internet does NOT go out as frequently as it did.
