About half of Tucson is mobile parks. But there is a difference between parks where you pay rent to use the land and parks where you own the land on which your mobile home sits. One of the few mobile homes in which you own the land is Orange Grove Mobile Estates just east of I-10 and Orange Grove Rd. It is a very nice park complete with fenced in pool and hot tub, a club house, and people who keep up there property and do nice landscaping. And pets are all over the place in this park. The have regulations that prohibit renters, so you need to buy and own to live there. Good luck!

Check out Tucson Estates. I have heard a lot of good things about it.

Why a mobile home? Homes are cheap in Tonopah ( and property taxes ) just buy a house there and you can have whatever pet you want.
