I would not live near the airport if you can avoid it. The area there is not the nicest area. My brother in law lives in South Tucson. He bought a house there because it was cheap. I think 8 years ago he bought it for around 58,000 dollars. It needed some work on it so between that and the location that is why it was cheap. He likes his house but has had his cars and house vandalized. His kids have had problems with fights and stuff in school etc. I am sure stuff like this happens in every area but just seems to be worse in that area.
