I don't use the bus, so I can't really comment on their service. But, I do share the road with them... and yeah, the lack of bus lanes is definitely goofy. I will give them one thing, though. The drivers are more polite than the buses I used to contend with in Baltimore. The drivers here will actually wait for a space in traffic before merging in... back in Baltimore, they'd just barrel on in and if you happened to be there, oh well.
