Where can I shop for cowboy boots?
Are there any specific boot shops you recommend?

Boot Barn should be a good place. It use to be Western Warehouse, but changed its name to Boot Barn. There are 2 Broadway Blvd locations, and 1 store on Oracle between Prince and Roger by Carls Jr.

Sabas Western Wear. Or, Cowtown Boots - they carry factory seconds of all brands. Good values
