Question 55+ Safe Housing in Tucson with a Progressive / Organic slant?

My mom would like to relocate to Tucson this fall. She is a spry very independent 80 year old. Any suggestions for manufacture home communities that might be worth considering.

She is progressive thinking, organic eating, and environmentally sensitive. She wants to be away from busy streets (heavy air pollution areas).

Thanks
