As far as coverage goes, they are all getting to be pretty close to the same anymore.
I've never had any dropped or unclear calls with Verizon in the last 2 years with them. And my cell phone is the same as my home phone, so it sees much use.
Edit: I've been very good today, can I derail this one now?

So it sounds like we're leaning towards Sprint (or Verizon, but that's not an option for me).
Is ATT really that bad?

He-he, if your decision is derived from this thread at all, your deductive abilities totally amaze me!

I have T-Mobile since Voicestream, and I get terrible coverage in my house and at work. Somehow it is just bad indoors. As soon as my 2 years is up (they scammed me into it with a TM506) I'll go Verizon I think.

Verizon seems to work well in the Foothills; on the West side not so much. I couldn't get a good signal at my house there - and it wasn't the phone.
Finally, I gave up and switched to AT&T. No dropped calls, but they stole my rollover minutes last month when my credit card unexpectedly was canceled (after promising that they wouldn't). No fair!
And cell phone companies are notorious for security breaches of sensitive customer data (like social security numbers). AT&T is one of the worst. Why do they even require a social security number? Ridiculous.

Everything being posted substantiates my earlier post.
I've tried them all and, without exception, SPRINT offers the Best Cellular Phone Service. I have clear service inside my home, inside my vehicles, inside public building including the TCC (even on the lower level), all around Phoenix and at The Canyon plus all along the Colorado River when others are having problems or no service at all.
My only complaint is their customer service is less than great but, thankfully, I rarely need to contact them because their website covers all my needs.
MY TWO CENTS WORTH.

I wouldn't touch sprint if it were to save my life.

I have to second this. I've had Sprint for years and years now. We go way back like a bad marriage. I hate those jerks to heck and back. As soon as my contract is up, I'm going to shop around. That is, if they ever let my hellacious contract end without goading me into resigning (like when their horrible phones break down and I have to PAY to get a new one so I can continue to PAY to use their crappy service).

Bummer Man, did you ever climb into a 4X4 lead box and try getting service?
