My wife and I are going out of town at the end of the month and need a place in Tucson to board our diabetic cat. This is the first time we both plan to be out of town since discoverying that our cat is diabetic and needs shots twice a day. Seems most boarding services will not administer shots, including the "hotel" we take our dog to.

Shots need to be given twice a day.

If you know anyone that makes house calls or boards cats, and will give shots twice a day it would be GREATLY appreciated!

My diabetic cat died almost a year ago, but I would never put him anywhere except with his vet. The stress of boarding complicates the insulin reaction as it is, and if it did have a "shock", it would be best to have it somewhere that help could be provided immediately.

Good luck.
