A nice Zimmernesque Cambodian twist to a Mexican plate. I would try it as long as the tarantulas chosen for the meal aren't endangered as a species.
I see something else yummy missing here!

You're petrified? I love when people use words incorrectly.

Sez who?

Petrified (per dictionary.com):

–verb (used with object) 1.to convert into stone or a stony substance.2.to benumb or paralyze with astonishment, horror, or other strong emotion: I was petrified with fear. 3.to make rigid or inert; harden; deaden: The tragedy in his life petrified his emotions.
–verb (used without object) 4.to become petrified.

My wife pranked me when we were rock-hounding once. She called me over to look at something "special" she just found. When I came over to where she was digging she said "Look I found a petrified ROCK" !
I still need to get her back for that ! Maybe I'll plant a large (harmless)spider under a rock and ask her to pick it up and check it out !

That's wrong on so many levels. Of course, I have arachnaphobia, though. My grandma used to live there, & before I put on shoes I would check them. I would check the sheets & bedding. I was so paranoid. Now there's a good chance that I'll be moving to Arizona in a few months. It will be an interesting experience.
