Oh, yeah, they're not gonna come when your car is broken into, but they'll break a leg doing their "duty" in the Candy Store! Where did they perform their next “duty” – in Dunkin’ Donuts? Making sure the donuts didn't violate any sugar law? I can't believe I'm paying their salaries! I've been struggling for 3 (three!) months to get these <insert choice words> to do something! Unbelievable, Chorizo!

With all of the miscellaneous crime (out of control graffiti comes to mind) around Tucson, how did this fiasco even make it?
