North edge of Tucson?
Anyone seen any homes on the north edge of Tucson with no association fees selling for about $30/sqft? It must be less than 5 years old.

Try Drexel Heights area, 50 years old, rat infested foreclosure property being used as a crack house for that price. And that's only if you have good credit.

I've been seeing $28-$37/sqft in Arizona City. I can guess from the responses that the north edge of Tucson is different. But why?

Is your whole post just kidding? Or are you saying with good credit I can find houses for $30/sqft?
I don't need any credit as I would be paying cash.

I would say that they were being sarcastic. As a real estate agent, your not going to find that many homes for the price your looking for. If you do, they would not be livable and they will cost a lot of money to fix it up. Here is a link you can use to help find your homes: www.tarmls.com

Help me out.
What's wrong with say this one:
12533 W Delwood Drive Arizona City, AZ 85123
It's priced at $36/sqft.
In the pictures it looks OK.

Your original post said you were looking in the north edge of Tucson, not only is Arizona City not on the north edge of Tucson, it is in the next county!
As for Arizona city, you would really have to visit to see if it's your kind of place.
