I found a website showing the renovations in Tulsa's Central Park. What are the prices of the homes? Average square footage? Are they for families or singles? What's the temperature of the neighborhood -- Dem or Rep?

Here's a website for them. It has a "price" section but doesn't give details about the price on that website, just floorplans and "sold out" signs on almost every property.

The Village Home Page

It appears many of the homes are sold out, so it appears they are very popular.

I guess you'd have to call the builders, which can be reached via the phone number on their main website. It looks like a very popular place with lots of amenities.

It does look sold out. I used to live a few blocks away, at 12th and St. Louis, just down from Hillcrest Hospital, from 1997-1999.

Generally I think it's an okay neighborhood. My ex-girlfriend had an aunt and uncle in a beautiful historic neighborhood somewhere right by this place. It's not as consitantly nice as anywhere south of the 51, but as of the late 1990's at least, it wasn't a bad place to live, and the fact that the place you are referencing has gone in, I would say the neighborhood is improving.

This neighborhood, straight on down through Tulsa's midtown, skews more liberal (Dems) than most of the rest of Tulsa. PM me if you need more info!
